1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without providing a reason.
The deadline for cancellation is 30 days from the date you received the goods or services or when a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
To initiate a cancellation, you must inform us via a clear written statement.
We will process refunds no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase, and no additional fees will be applied for reimbursement.
2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item was purchased within the last 30 days.

The item is not excluded under the non-returnable items list.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
β Custom or personalized products created specifically for you.
β Digital services or downloadable software once access has been granted.
β Business consulting, design, or IT services once work has commenced.
β Items that, due to hygiene or health reasons, cannot be resold once opened.
β Perishable goods or items with an expired return window.
β Goods that, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other products.
β LLC or any other state, government filing fees, including tax.
208StartUps reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
3. Returning Physical Goods
If returning an eligible product, you are responsible for:
The cost of returning the item.
Using a secure and trackable shipping method.
Ensuring the product is safely packaged to avoid damage.

Important: We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns. To prevent loss, we recommend insured and trackable shipping.
Refunds will not be processed without proof of receipt of the returned item.
4. Service-Based Refunds
Refunds for business services (such as website design, consulting, IT solutions) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Guidelines for Services:
One-time service fees (e.g., setup fees, digital work, or consulting) are non-refundable once the service has started.
Subscription plans can be canceled, but refunds are not issued for past billing cycles.
If work has been initiated, but not completed, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of 208StartUps.
If the service is delayed or canceled by us, you will be eligible for a full refund.

5. Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the purchase price. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
6. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item or confirming service cancellation.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Bank or credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
