Last Updated: 03/16/2025
This policy applies to 208StartUps LLC and all affiliated and subsidiary websites ("our sites," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our sites, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Use of Third-Party Tools and Content Sources
We utilize third-party services to generate images, content, and other creative materials. These third-party sources may include, but are not limited to:
Creative Commons websites (e.g., Creative Commons, Pixabay, Flickr, Unsplash)
AI-generated content tools (both free and paid subscriptions, including ChatGPT and similar AI services)
Commercial software and creative tools (e.g., Microsoft, Adobe Suite, Photo Editors, and other related tools)
Any content obtained from these sources is used in accordance with their respective licenses. If these products permit commercial use, reprinting, reselling, and marketing, we reserve the right to use them accordingly.
2. Attribution and Copyright
A. Attribution for Creative Commons and Free-Sourced Content
All Creative Commons and freely sourced images should be attributed appropriately. Attribution will be placed in the alt titles of the image or other suitable metadata properties. If you identify a Creative Commons image on our site that is not properly attributed, please contact Support@208Startups.com, and we will address the issue promptly.
B. Copyright of AI-Generated and Manually Created Content
Content generated using AI tools, including ChatGPT, is subject to licensing terms set forth by the respective AI provider. While AI-generated content may not always be copyrightable, modifications and adaptations made by 208StartUps LLC to such content may qualify for copyright protection. Additionally, any content originally created using proprietary tools (such as Microsoft, Adobe, or photo editing software) is copyrighted by 208StartUps LLC. We reserve full rights over these materials, including usage, modification, and distribution.
